Having had ongoing problems with back pain, I'm always on the lookout for ways to treat it. After being recommended by a friend, I went to see Chrissy at Bird&Budgie for a deep tissue massage.
Rather than just going through the motions and techniques, Chrissy intuitively read my body to pinpoint where the pain and tension was stemming from and just went from there.
She skilfully relieved the tension, and I walked out afterwards feeling absolutely amazing. Easily the best and most effective massage I've had.
Chrissy was a really professional, pleasant young woman who's been blessed with a natural gift. Highly recommended!
