The best extensionist in London, probably the UK. Always delighted with the service and attention to detail - quality and colour match of the hair is second to none and the work painless with MINIMAL hairloss (unlike other extensionists whom like to rip half of your scalp out with a maintenance session) - in fact my hair has grown significantly since coming here. My hair is always commented on. Highly recommended.

Gem is one of a kind. I've been going to Taylor Rose for over a year now and haven't looked back from switching from vixen and blush. Hair quality is to die for, so natural looking and glossy eventhough I'm a blonde. I feel so well taken care of with Gem always on the end of the phone if I have an emergency or question, her customer service extends beyond the salon and she truly is a lovely person. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Gem was extremely helpful and developed a sensible plan for me to have extensions placed following a tricky period of hair bleaching and breakage. She spent a long time explaining everything and I now love my new look.
I would recommend her absolutely to anyone and look forward to having her maintain my extensions over the next few months.
