I could have put all five qualities when speaking about Lisa, but I could only pick one, all the staff are very friendly and, Even with staff down due to bereavement, the care and attention was still the same, Lisa listens to what I say and always does a great cut and gives practical advice on hair care, I would definitely recommend,
