Laura was lovely, but I asked for brown and blonde highlights I’ve walked out with ginger no brown highlights, and because she was running late the blondes never got to process enough, it was suppose to be a full head, but I never even got half a head, I also was suppose to get a olaplex treatment which I never received. Now I have to go to another salon pay more to rectify the problem. Laura also seemed unsure what she was doing and kept. Asking the other stylists for advice.
