I didn't like that when I arrived there the manicure table wasn't so clean, it looked messy and dirty to me (her hair was everywhere, utensils were not clean, etc). The manicurist was nice but I also didn't like that my cuticles were looking horrible at the end of the manicure...I usually break them so they looked stiff and dry.
