Stephanie was very friendly, and thorough with her facial. It was my first time doing extraction: it hurt quite a bit and I got redness for the next few days, but all of the blackheads on my forehead are gone! Stephanie did not extract my nose because "the blackheads there are deep-seated".
The facial also included a quick exfoliation using microdermabrasion crystals which left my skin super soft and glowing. This was followed by a "blue lotus & cotton" mask which was relaxing. There is no massage while the mask is on, however.
The venue is nice and small, reasonable for the price.

I booked for a standard facial and changed up for a Microdermoabrasion half way into it as the therapist recommended it.
I am happy with the result, as i never did this type of treatment before.
However, I am not satisfied with the extraction part of my facial. Very sloppy and quickly done, she spent not even 5min doing it and I told her clearly that my expectation was to get most of the blackheads out.
She wasnt using her fingers to squeeze, but cotton buds. A first for me, I didn't mind it.
The saloon is a bit tired looking and not the cleanest. The bed is covered with a 1£ ikea grey blanket (i know for sure thats the price of it because i have the same) and didnt look clean at all (it had stains). No paper to cover it.
