Appointment ran late (+20 mins) and then there was no hot water to wash my hair. Had to boil the kettle and use cups - they said it had been busy so had run out of hot water!! (thats not the staff's fault obviously and they did they best they could) The blowdry was good but as an overall experience - not great.
