I'm a regular at Taylah, their pedicures are really good and I feel like I'm getting a luxury service. With this appointment I paid online via treatwell but my technician didn't believe me and wouldn't let me leave the salon until he had called "The Boss" to verify. I had showed the technician my online receipt and email from treatment as well as the online banking transaction. As a regular customer who would never lie about previously making payment, this was really poor customer service.
