Thao was really gentle, I appreciated that as I am someone who has weak nails that tend to hurt when being filed. She was very efficient but paid attention to detail. I was also happy about the colour selection of the salon. I can say though that making an appointment doesn't really help as it is a first come first serve situation, so would advice that you go a bit earlier to beat the q. Great experience overall and will definitely become a regular.

Had a hotrible experience at Taylah's today. Booked a gel mani and pedi with gel removal for both services. Unfortunately my usual nail tech was off today. I ended up walking out without getting my manicure. I won't be returning.
