Arrived to a dirty salon. Staff had no idea I had booked on Treatwell. Then to wait 45 minutes to start. Once started I was told loudly I had to pay extra £5 for having longer nails (compared to the male technician). Avoid.

I was happy with the nail work. However I’m going to try another place for a pedicure - while some skin was taken off my feet they are actually rougher and dryer now, this is also because no moisturiser was put on. I love the massage chairs but I wanted my feet to be smooth as a baby’s bottom and that hasn’t happened. The foot massage was ok but felt a bit weak. My feet needed to soak longer to soften and have more attention. In Viet Nam they used a tool to smooth feet and take off rough skin.
