First time here. It’s clear there are regular returning clients, but not for me. The pre-existing polish I already had on was filed down instead of being soaked off and removed. Given a small selection of colours, so didn’t even like the colour I went home with. I was left with very sharp nails which I couldn’t wait to grow out and redo/reshape with the next appointment elsewhere.

my experience was ok. I was looking for a light pink, thought the assistant could have helped me in find it, but she didnt. then i paid ahead on paypal, which i couldnt find the exact message to confirm my payment, she had to call someone to ask ? this could have been avoided in your books, that i had paid in advance, thanks
