Very disappointing.
I had a Shellac Manicure done which started chipping away after just 3 DAYS of having it done by them!
When I called Tasha’s Salon to request having the chipped nails repaired they responded with “do you look after the nails properly?” and “there’s no guarantee for how long the nails will last” - I would expect more than just 3 days at least for a “professional” service I’ve paid for. Then to get me off the phone they said they’d call me back, which of course they never did.

Salon was very clean, however the lady who waxed me spent half of the time on a phone call which was quite unprofessional. Also did not fulfill an actual Brazilian wax, was given a bikini wax instead which is upsetting - had to go home and finish the wax myself.
