I had a great service from Natasha. My wash, cut and blow dry was absolutely lovely. The ladies were very sweet. However, I was charged an additional £10 due to the fact that my hair was long. If this was stated on treatwell when booking, it would have been expected. Please if you can change your price list so that customers are aware of additional costs :) otherwise great experience!

Horrifying. I asked for a very simple haircut. The bangs look blocky and they are not cut on the same length. The framing of my hair looks like I have two different haircuts. If I put my hair up I have a bob falling out. The “layers” are just half of my hair one length the other half another length and it doesn’t blend. Please learn how to cut hair. I love my long hair and now I have to wear them in a bun until they grow again and can I can go to a professional to fix this mess.

Lovely relaxing facial. Skin is smooth and bright. Gagan has lovely strong hands and 5 mins into treatment, I knew I will come again - next appointment already booked! :)

This is the worst haircut in my life!! She can barely understand what she should do!! I showed her a picture of the same haircut which I had and she couldn't done it. She just ruined my hair.
