I came in with my hair down past my waist, I asked for long layers, showed Carla 2-3 vids of what I wanted, showed her where I wanted my hair to end on my body. About 10cm. I came home and measured. She took off 20. I have a lob. That's not an acceptable error. Appt. felt rushed and I don't feel like she listened to me at all. I've had issues with hair loss in the past and my hair is very important to me. Half way through the appt. she actually said 'it's only hair, it'll grow back'. Stunning.
