Visited the salon to have my nails done today and i'm really pleased with them. I mentioned to Tara that i could do with my hair trimming and the lovely stylist managed to squeeze me in whilst i was there. Overall the visit today was great the staff are very friendly and welcoming and the service fantastic.

The building was too crowded there seemed to minimal effort to enforcesafty due to covid non screens between customers only 1 memberof staff wore a face covering none of the customers were asked to were a mask or covering. Hair dresserwas great cannot fault but will not be going back due to it being so crowded inside.

Carla is a fantastic hairdresser and is brilliant with my colour and advises me when I say I want a different colour. Always love the way she cuts my hair. I only gave the negative score because I don't feel that welcome by the rest of the hairdressers in the salon, I have been a few times now and they never say hello they only talk to their customers. The receptionist on 15 April 2021 was fantastic as well and very welcoming she should be a permanent fixture.
