Tara was lovely, very friendly and clearly very knowledgable in her field. The room is comfortable and very nice, providing the perfect, quiet space. The massage was very effective and not painful as she took the time to warm up the muscles first. Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon, for longer!

Tara is so anatomically knowledgable, she really works hard to find the underlying source of a problem rather than just addressing symptoms. Haven't found an equally skilled myofascial release practitioner in london. Highly recommend (and have recommended to friends).

Another wonderful massage, Tara's hands are magic.
I would highly recommend the sports massage, even though Ive had all of the above, the location is convenient and very relaxing.
And with ambient tunes in the background my expirences couldnt have been better.
I thoroughly recommend !
