The staff were incredibly competent. The private room was clean and nice, but basic. I had an *excellent* job done with my wax. She was completely thorough, and used tweezers for any stray hairs, and made sure that everything was taken off. She was also polite, and friendly. I highly, highly recommend this salon for anyone who wants a high quality experience.

I love this beauty centre, it's very quiet and relaxing, whichever treatement you get.
Jen is very nice and knowledgeable, and I had a great Shellac manicure. I am going back whenever I can :-)

The treatment itself was good although I wanted more of an eyebrow shape than a simple tidy up - you should let the beautician know. However pleased with how my eyebrows looked after!
