The beautician (Andrea) was top-class - as a nervous client (who had previously had an awful experience at another salon) she did everything she could to make me feel at ease. I was very happy with the client service and the results.

I booked a deep tissue massage. Was more like a Swedish and did not even last the full hour. Disappointed really with the experience level of the massage therapist. I could tell she was not very experienced because I get massages every month and many of the typical methods were not done correctly.
