Good place and simple deco. Staff was nice and welcoming. Asked to take a seat as I was 10 minutes early. Magazines available. During the session itself, beautician continued to ask if I was alright and kept the atmosphere relaxing with soothing music. Procedure was quick and hence not much pain was felt. Only took 15 mins for everything to be completed. I would come back again. One of the best I've been to.

I normally have Tara who is excellent so was a bit worried when a different lady turned up. She was good by all means and helpful but her hands were freezing cold which was off putting. All in all good value for money!
