Listened to my requests, tailored the massage to suit. Good firm pressure - just what was needed. Venue was clean and an acceptable standard.
Deep Tissue Massage
I have usually lots of tension in back, specially the neck and shoulders area. The massage was good, the therapist worked at my tight knots and left me feeling relaxed.

never again.. The staff is extremely rude, they changed my appointment moving it by 1 hours with 2 hours notice (same day clearly)giving me no choice to reschedule it. When there, the treatment was not effective. Just a simple scrub you can do at home without spending 45 pounds for it. The shower wasn't working so the lady was removing the product throwing me water from a saucepan. Def not something you would expect from any place in central London.

Excellent treatment. Not painful. Beautician was highly skilled and the beauty room is relaxing and is a lovely place to get any treatment.
