Despites, the staff friendliness, the manicure was just ok: limited choice of colours, wax treatment was far too hot for my hands (I ended up with red hands).

Was an odd experience going here. £25 for 15 minutes is very expensive, so I was dubious about booking on price alone. Have had electrolysis many times before, but for some reason the woman here decided to spend almost 15 minutes questioning me about where I was having it and why I was having it. Made my appointment last 15 minutes longer that it was meant to, meaning I was late to something else. Never had to justify why I wanted electrolysis, or any other beauty treatment before, but for some reason I had to justify why and how I wanted it, even though I had paid for this to be done. Once she got over this, treatment was fine, she seemed competent enough, but the strange discussion she forced me to initially have put me off completely. Like I said, very odd service, cannot imagine I will ever be desperate enough to go back.
