The place is nice but the lady took forever for the treatment, I t was very painful and anyway left quite a few hair, won't be back

Because I used a promotion it made my wax incredibly good value. Everything was perfect but she just didn't finish it at all properly which is so annoying!! I know I should have said at the time but it equally should have been done properly. The salon, treatment rooms and everything otherwise are really lovely, clean etc. and I would go back and recommend but advice to be vocal about want you want done.

Another great massage and facial treatment from the beautician. Thoroughly relaxing. She was also able to advise on some skin concerns I was experiencing, which post treatment have cleared up
