Super convenient location near to Victoria and really friendly staff. Salon is downstairs, clean and new. Staff went the extra length to make me happy with my service.

Went for a lip threading - had to change the beauty therapist a few minutes in as she came across really inexperienced. I had to ask her to disinfect the area because she didn't think to do this herself and then when she began threading it was really slow & painful. However, when the therapist was changed,, it was a lot better. For the £12 i paid, it wasn't very worth it. I've had better for £5 before. When going, i recommend asking for an experienced therapist.

Manicure was ok, light too dark in there so hard to choose colours right. Not the neatest manicure sadly. Lady was nice and friendly but running late which wasn't great.
