The member of staff who gave me the treatment made it clear she needed to rush me out of there, the whole thing was stressful and awkward. I appreciate that they were busy but I felt like I was a burden even though I was a paying customer. Next time I will do my own shellac removal!

It was my first time gettin this treatment done - I had seen videos on how the treatment should be carried out and the therapist did a great job covering my entire face including my neck in a very thorough manner. My skin was a bit peely afterwards, but it was expected and nothing too serious that you need to cover it up with makeup. I would recommend this treatment !
