Really liked the manicurist and she did a great job putting the Shellac on my toes. That said there wasn't enough time for my appointment. I had old Shellac on my toes that she had to remove and the manicurist couldn't do a full pedicure(dry skin removal/lotion) because she didn't have time before her next appointment. This was not communicated upfront.
