I have had better massages if I'm honest, but in total, the treatment is very good value as it covers a full body massage and a facial, in many places you would only get the facial or the massage for the same price, so it's really good value. The venue is clean and professional and I felt very comfortable and well looked after. I would certainly go again for the facial, but I have found somewhere else for a better quality massage.

The worst electrolysis experience I have EVER received. The beautician, Simone, clearly did not know how to do electrolysis as every hair that she tweezed out, I could feel. Now, I've had more than 30 sessions of electrolysis with another salon who are amazing and I've NEVER felt a single hair be pulled out. The only reason I booked a single 60min treatment here was because my usual salon is closed on Monday and I really needed to get electrolysis as the hairs on my face were quite long so couldn't wait until Tuesday (oh, how I wish I had).
The treatment was also shorter then 60mins as Simone stopped halfway through to try and sell laser to me stating that it was also a permanent method of hair removal.
Never will I come here again.
Incredibly disappointed.

I had a Backacial as I'd noticed a bit of a breakout, what a treat ! Very thorough cleansing, steam, extraction and a lovely massage. Five star treatment and service. Would recommend.
