The overall experience at the time was good, however the facial wasn't great. It caused me to break out and the 'extraction' didn't extract much, but caused spots.

I had the Brazilian wax done by Elise who was very professional, warm and friendly. The whole wax only took 15-20 minutes and wasnt very painful (as waxes down there go!). Will definitely be going back again.
