The venue isn't flash - but facial great! The salon is located in the basement of a hairdresser, that's central London for you. Simone did a fab job of my facial. It was my first and she explained everything well. Walked away feeling cleansed and replenished. Would return.

Staff were incredibly friendly but just moved into a new spot so did not feel very clean at all. Quite dark inside the basement and the tools were lying loose and pulled out of a random drawer so I'm not sure how clean they were.
