I loved how the whole process was explained to me and how nice the lady who took care of me was. However, when the process was over I realized that some of the hair wasn't actullay removed and thus the result wasn't as satisfying

I had been to Tara's for facials several times before and always enjoyed, but I won't be going back after this experience. I lost 15 minutes of my slot due to difficulty finding the place (as they had moved but not given notice that they would now be located in a beauty salon with a different name). Their approach to facials itself also seems to have changed - a lot of sales pitching throughout, and using very hot towels for cleaning my face, which does not work with a sensitive skin as mine is. Friendly staff, but not close to the great experience I had had there before.
