Lovely massage but was not seen on time and staff weren’t bothered that I was sat there eating got be seen. Was seen 30 mins late - manager was very apologetic and offered me extra time which I said no to as had plans. She ignored what I said and gave me an extra 20 mins. Therefore I was late for the plans I had made! Wouldn’t go to this salon again!
