A bit expensive for what it was. And the therapist started by asking me why I hadn’t done laser hair removal which was a bit weird since I was there for a wax.

Didn't have a good electrolysis experience here. It was agonisingly painful and a month later I still have scabs from it on my upper lip/around my mouth. l've had ectrolysis in the past and it was never like this. I've emailed the salon 3 times but had no response. Even if the treatment had have been good, I found the room itself depressing (no music, tense atmosphere) and the staff slightly stern. £25 for 15 mins is on the high end, so it would only be worth it if the salon was amazing.
