Booking an appointment was very easy, the salon was very clean and I felt at ease and was impressed with the general welcoming. The eyelashes looks good however I have requested an additional service (waxing) as I was pressed with time and was very surprised that it was double in price from what I usually pay in a central London location.

The electrolysis was done well. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I booked for 30 minutes treatment and got about 20/25 minutes. However Tara said that she would give me an extra 5 minutes next time.
