Tara's Beauty offers Reflexology foot massage at two rates:
30 minutes for £40 or 60 minutes for £65
I paid £65 for 60 minutes when booking - as per the confirmation/receipt from Treatwell.
The 'therapist' Ashley, ended the session after 45 minutes.
When I enquired about the length of the booking, she responded that they only offer 30 minutes or 45 minutes, yet I was charged for 60 minutes.
This is outrageous and unacceptable behaviour.
The sub-par service was provided in a dingy storage room.

ohhhhhhhhh i don't want to do this .... because she will be booked up when i need her ........ just don't book Mondays she's mine
i told Ashley no pain no gain .......be rough and don't hold back. my face went in 50 yrs old .... and came out at 25 yrs old ,, my eyes i wanted black so it looked like i had lashes ,,,,, call me Cleopatra ..... i get stopped by women in the street asking where i get my flying carpet eyelashes ,,,, she is dreadful don't book her ( she's mine ) back off b-tch
