Charlotte 2 hours late for my lash appointment. While doing my lashes, she was extremely rough — several times it felt like she was pulling my natural lashes out. Despite arriving late, she spoke in a very rude and aggressive manner, and her behaviour throughout was unprofessional. She also spent a long time chatting with another woman after arriving instead of getting started, which meant I was left waiting even longer. I am very disappointed with the whole experience.
