I rarely leave bad reviews but I had my appointment cancelled 10 min before it, when I was already downstairs pressing the buzzer. She (won’t mention the name) messaged the day before saying if I could make it another time but that if I can’t it would be okay as well, I explained I couldn’t and that I was coming from Wales she said that’s okay. I travelled from Wales to the salon for the appointment to only be cancelled as I was downstairs pressing the buzzer. Very unprofessional. They apologised and have since refunded the amount but if you have an event or are travelling be careful as the appointment might be cancelled with short notice!

Eve was really friendly and professional, I didn't feel uncomfortable once. The results of my lift and tint were subtle but still really pretty, and she told me how to get the best results if I wanted them redone in the future. The studio was clean and pretty. Would definitely go again if I was staying in Lvp.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but unfortunately, I was really disappointed with my lash lift. The tint was good, and the perm looked good—not the best I have had, but acceptable. However, the lashes dropped significantly overnight. I asked advice from the girl who did it and I was not offered a re-perm or even just a partial refund just to book in again in a few weeks time!

Tanika is so lovely and I felt very comfortable with her during my appointment, she advised me on how to keep my lashes healthy and also made sure that I had no irritation when a new set was applied as I had issues with that previously. She is very attentive and also makes sure to check up after the appointment aswell!
