Kelsey was so lovely and attentive. Made me feel so welcome we were visiting Liverpool for a hen party and she was so accommodating. It was a lovely atmosphere, good chats and my makeup was fab I was so happy with it. She was so helpful with telling me about the products she used and where I could get them. Very friendly.
