Booked in for a lash lift. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome - not even a “hello, how are you?” Couldn’t find where as I was going and I was just awkwardly waiting for someone to see to me. When I found the room, she just told me to lie down and then didn’t say a word the whole appointment. When I left, I noticed that one eye wasn’t as lifted as the other after 3 days, they had dropped. I also paid more for an “experience technician”. I have emailed a complaint but not heard back!
