My eyebrows were very over grown. And it was painful. Sonya was very careful and tried to be as gentle as possible

Manpreet was lovely and patient. The salon itself didn't look too welcoming and the equipment didn't look like they had been cleaned before the treatment. Other than that ok

This was my fist time at Tanz. Preet was lovely and very tentative. However the LVL lash treatment in my opinion wasn't great, my eyelashes didn't look any different to when I arrived. I would have been better off having false eyelashes applied. hence, I was really disappointed with the outcome. The overall environment wasn't to my likely as most of the staff were speaking in their language, which doesn't give a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. I won't be returning.
