very relaxing experience.
loved the whole ambiance and treatment.
the water/sponge to cleanse and steam they used could do with some fragrance as it didn't smell very nice.
hope they start using lotion/aloe gel automatically after threading without having to ask it.
gold facial was wonderful.

Service was good. It was hot weather so door was left open which was a bit annoying. Didn’t had any fan or AC.

Not the warmest welcome as both staff were busy. the beautician barely spoke which was a bit awkward but she was very quick, skilled and it was virtually pain free. Definitely worth the money just don’t expect any conversation lol.
