Salon was very busy so I had to remind them I had an appointment via treatwell. The customer before me finished her pedicure however I didn't see them clean the basin properly before my treatment started.

I arrived earlier than my appointment time! I had to wait for like five mins, the young lady who did my eyebrows. She did a good job.

very relaxing experience.
loved the whole ambiance and treatment.
the water/sponge to cleanse and steam they used could do with some fragrance as it didn't smell very nice.
hope they start using lotion/aloe gel automatically after threading without having to ask it.
gold facial was wonderful.
