I’ve been a customer for years, but the service has become disappointing. After being asked to return and later come in earlier for my appointment, I arrived to an unwelcoming atmosphere. Jaspreet was unfriendly, rushed the service, and didn’t ask what I wanted before starting. I explained how uncomfortable I felt, but there was no apology or effort to improve the experience. Overall, I was very disappointed and expected better customer service and professionalism.
