Hollywood wax was done in a rush, resulting in hair being left. Wax was also very painful, pressure was not applied to the area straight after how I have experienced everywhere else (have been waxing for 10+ years.) It also says hot wax however strip wax is used for 80% of this. Not a good experience all round.
