When I arrived I didn't feel very much wanted in the salon.
Thier was not seat to wait on which is disappointing.
The lady cut my hair way to short and to be honest it was to late to mention anything anyway so what could they do.
Thier was a dirty cotton pad on the floor too.
Thw lady who done my hair was very nice lady but being a hairdresser myself I was quite upset when you didn't put any heat protection on my hair. So I'm unhappy but again what can I do know what's done is done.

I’m a regular and everything is normally good/great. 2nd time doing eyelash perming here and this time was really bad, seems as though the beautician put the perm on my lash line rather than higher up on my lashes, so my lashes basically look as though they are stuck against my lid - very weird looking and uncomfortable
