Hollywood waxing was good; therapist was skilled. Painless, quick and accurate.
Eyebrow wax done by another therapist as other was running late.
Unfortunately she took off too much hair from the inside of one braw; leaving me with 3-4 strands at the end - making it look like she hadn’t waxed correctly.
Explained this to her, unfortunately she didn’t understand and just giggled.
The other therapist looked and agreed she had taken too much. No apology, discount or solution to problem.
