Got to salon they were to busy to do my treatments , after waiting a while they apologised & said they were too busy today to fit me in & could I come back tomorrow

When I first walked in another customer was complaining about the service they were receiving. I’ve been here many times and each time gets worse and worse. My usual nail lady has apparently gone back to Romania and the remaining technicians can’t do nails. Your best bet is to go on Saturday when Tanyas there because she’ll do your nails nicely. Don’t go on Sunday and I’m not gonna be going back again. Very good on price though it’s just a shame quality doesn’t match.

Neelam delivers such great service. Very attentive, gentle and gives good chat to make you feel comfortable. I had a Hollywood hot wax, upper lip wax and eyebrow tint... I’ll defo go back and recommend to my mates :) thank you!

This was my second pedicure at tanz but the therapist really cut the cuticle on my big toe and drew blood. But the rest of the session was relaxing and not rushed. Some of the staff are not very professional. 2 customers in the shop and they speak in their own language amongst themselves.
