I had booked multiple treatments for a major event based on their ratings.
The facial was horrifying. I have acne and the therapist spent 15 minutes scrubbing my face with a harsh product. She picked all the acne and pimples which left my face red and scarred. This is all after me requesting her to be gentle. I really think she doesn't know what she was doing.
The eyebrows threading was not symmetrical.
Waxing however was not at all painful and I would go back here only for that.
