Staff not adequately trained, rubbed removal solution into my eye causing burning and stinging. Other members of staff tried to help but did not listen to my concerns and continued to rub my eye with the chemical solution still present. Ridiculous service and no attempts to check if I was okay. Shocked at the lack of care and attention as someone within the beauty/medical industry myself. Appalling.
