Full body exfoliation-pros great exfoliation skin felt great afterwards. Cons therapist scrubbed so quickly not a single thing about it was relaxing and being left wet in areas while she worked on other areas made my skin tingle a lot to the point it was extremely uncomfortable. Wouldn’t have again. Facial- pros none. Cons facial was booked for 60 mins and was a steam then a blackhead remover tool dragged roughly down my face then left for 20 mins with a face cream. There was no deep cleaning
