Attended for highlights (roots) with a toner to remove any brassiness - made very clear that I wanted to maintain the same colour. The stylist seemed confused by this, couldn’t pick a toner, then ended up giving it a grey/purple tint. The highlights also were nowhere near blonde enough. Left without the cut and am waiting for the owner to call me and for a refund. The stylist has not really acknowledged her mistake and it has so far been handled terribly.

Always a great experience. Tanya is a brilliant hairdresser and I love visiting her salon where everyone is so welcoming. Always receive great compliments on my blow dry and great to have such a 1st class hair salon on my doorstep in Hampton Wick.
