I went to an upmarket chain for years, each time I came out wondering why I bothered. Workmates were going to Tanya and came back looking great. I made an appointment and asked Tanya 'to do something' with my hair. When she had finished I was so pleased I had tears in my eyes. I now have regular appointments for colour and cut and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
