I recently went in for a HydraFacial and honestly, it was such a nice experience. The staff were really kind and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The salon itself was very clean and well-kept, which I really appreciated. The whole treatment felt relaxing, and my skin looked fresh and glowing right after. I’m really happy with the results and will definitely be coming back.

Honestly, I was a bit nervous before going in, but the experience turned out really good. The salon was super clean, which made me feel comfortable straight away, and the staff were so friendly and easy to talk to. Sadly this was very disappointing. I had to wait 30 mins so was almost late to pick up my son, then was taken into a pokey room with a clinically bright light above my head which gave me a headache. Loud music from the main salon drowned out the soft sounds which were interrupted by adverts during the treatment. Staff spoke loudly outside the room. The last few minutes of massage were lovely but otherwise little technique and no consultation in advance about my skin type, concerns or allergies.
